FALL NATURE FESTIVAL Festival Flyer
Join us for Birdsongs traditional annual celebration of nature and autumn!
Bring a picnic, a blanket or chairs, and celebrate with your friends and family.
We hope to attract visitors who have never been to Birdsong before and let

Birdsongs Board of Directors and staff are working on our annual fundraising
raffle, which has now become an important part of our ongoing fundraising
efforts. We are seeking support from local businesses and individuals so
that we may offer you the opportunity to win some excellent prizes! All
proceeds will go to Birdsongs annual operating budget.A letter was
sent to members in September containing a list of prizes, tickets, and instructions
for entering the raffle. We hope to
see you at the Fall Festival, however, you need not be present to win!
To make this years event a special and enjoyable experience,
we would appreciate your help in any of the following ways:
* Come and bring your friends who have not been out before and introduce
them to Birdsong.
*Help publicize the event by distributing fliers when they become available
in mid-September: put this information in you own newsletter, neighborhood,
workplace, grocery and so forth.
*Bake cookies, etc. for the bake sale.
*Help with setting up and site preparation.
*On the day, volunteer a two hour shift in any of the following areas: greet
and orient guests, lead nature walks, help guests at the Bird Window, Butterfly
Garden, Gift Shop, or membership booth, sell baked goods, serve drinks and
popcorn, help with parking/traffic control.
Please call (229) 377-4408 or (800) 953-BIRD to sign up or for more information.
We would really appreciate some new energy, ideas and enthusiasm! Looking
forward to seeing you on October 26th!
